Weigh-in 2: -2 pounds

192, 6 pounds and 3.03% lost. Good progress ... we'll see what happens after four days of watching basketball 12 hours a day. I've got a plan, though, so I should be in a decent position come next Wednesday.

I will probably have to work out a little harder on Monday and Tuesday, though.


  1. Good Job!!! Set out some carrots instead of girl scout cookies (oops...that is my addiction) instead of (insert your addiction here)during your marathon basketball viewing.

  2. That's not a bad tip ... I do like Girl Scout cookies too, but I can control those pretty well. I had 3 Lemon Chalet cookies tonight - one serving.

    I guess I don't really have too many foods that I'll just eat non-stop. For me it's more the overall volume, so I have to focus more on eating only when I'm hungry and not putting more on my plate than I intend to eat right away. (Standing at the snack table = bad idea.)
