I had 3 Lemon Chalet cookies tonight - one serving.<BR/><BR/>I guess I don't really have too many foods that I'll just eat non-stop. For me it's more the overall volume, so I have to focus more on eating only when I'm hungry and not putting more on my plate than I intend to eat right away.
