Even if you trick it out of your body, you're going to be in bad shape for a while, and it's certainly not sustainable. Even 7 pounds in a week isn't sustainable ... for that you really have to be under the guidance of an expert and you have to be pushing yourself pretty hard. That's 24,500 calories you're burning. (I left out the eight-tenths of a pound.)<br /><br />Wait ... if the 2000 calories is for the 3.5 hours combined, then I can't answer your question. Two One equation and two unknowns. You need to provide another equation. According to my heart rate monitor I burned 2000 calories in 2 hours of biking and 1.5 hours of tennis...so do the math.
